Read a review at shanghaiist about a chili discovery in jing an.
Found it on Wu Ding Lu, Jiao Zhou lu in Jing An. Very clean, well designed fast food restaurant. Menu was packed with all your american favorites. Owner and chef is from the states, its a family restaurant and they all seem very attentive to serving you and making you feel at home. well done
