I knew by the very reasonable price of the trip that it wouldn't be luxurious. The foyer and rooms are tatty and faded. The temperature control was jammed on high and the windows were sealed shut. The hotel had an overpriced bar on the ground floor and a non-functional restaurant. The hotel is away from the main tourist locations and there are no other eating options nearby. In a word, it is not so pleasing.
